How does it work?

Wome is a booking platform for work-optimized accommodations, designed to soften the difference between working days and "free" days.

If you can work from anywhere, why always do it from the same desk?

We make it easy to work from different desks, houses, environments and countries.

We start by giving you a great place to stay, with a safe spot to work: fast internet, comfortable desks, call-friendly spaces, and everything you need to recreate your work setting (yes, even a recording room if you need one — you can apply really specific filters).

You can book the entire property, if you're a group, or a room or a bed, if you're alone and want to live a coliving experience with other people.

Then we build the experience: add a local dinner, a team building activity, order groceries that you'll find at home, or pitch a yoga class to your group.

Everything in-platform, every process is fluid: proposed and approved activities will populate the calendar, extra purchases land in a shared tab, group communication is immediate.

Head to a place you've been dreaming about, or explore community suggestions: slow mountains, villages overlooking the water, houses surrounded by nature, all remote work ready.

Discover woliday properties

Choose your favorite destination among the properties available in woliday mode, or open one yourself in this mode: that way the property's bookings will unlock in hostel mode (a room or a bed, depending on the property).

See who's there: your housemates

Every member of the community has a public profile where they share what they like to share about themselves: what they do, what they're looking for in this woliday, their rhythms and interests. Not just professional bios — small hints to understand if you're on the same wavelength.

Book your room, pay only your share

Choose your room, see your share of the cost upfront, and confirm the booking directly on the platform — no juggling logistics, scattered transfers, or unmanageable shared tabs.

Co-create your woliday

Once inside, you'll have access to a space where, if you want, you can enrich the wome experience for yourself and your housemates, or simply exchange a few words.

Choose and book the property

Choose the property you prefer (house, camping, themed hotel or scattered hotel?) and book it entirely — or just part of it, based on the number of participants and the spaces you need.

Organize the activity calendar

Meetings, team building, focus groups, autonomous deep work, etc.

Involve a local host

If you need it, involve a "local host" who'll help you organize activities and services at their best (you get the guarantee of an authentic experience, much less work for you, and significant savings on agency costs!)

Have you done a woliday?

Woliday is what we call this new way of living remote work: you bring your laptop to a vacation house — by the sea, in the mountains, or by the lake? — and you alternate meetings, calls and focus time with walks, dinners with new friends and moments of real rest. You're working, but above all, you're living a life worth living!

Woliday stands for work-on-holiday and refers to a period in which you keep working remotely, but move to a vacation destination that makes you feel good. Unlike traditional holidays, you don't fully switch off: you respect your working hours, but you embed them in a slower, more regenerating routine — or a more dynamic and energetic one — made of nature, movement and connection. That's why woliday houses need to be remote work ready: guaranteed wifi, a comfortable workspace (with a view?), call-friendly spaces, but also a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area, and interesting surroundings to explore in your free time.

We only want good people, compatible with you: woliday works on matching kindred people through an AI-based system, starting from what you choose to share. You're not just your job or your story, you're no longer only the person your old friends know: if you want to build connections around the new version of you, the upgraded one, free of prejudice, starting with woliday might be the best choice.

Beatrice

Founder, Operations and Problem Solver

In 2023 Beatrice founded wome.house, a coliving & coworking in Valtellina from which everything was born and evolved, giving life to the project we now call woliday. Wome taught the value of shared dinners, spontaneous conversations, and people's need to feel well, to change scenery, to step off the hamster wheel and truly feel again.

Through wome, Beatrice learned to be an entrepreneur, to grow a project, to manage properties — she is now a business consultant and property manager, 28 years old, and lives between Valtellina and Zurich.

Andrea

Co-founder, Technology and Product Craft

Andrea

For Andrea, computer science has never been the destination: it's the way he has been building the things he imagines, ever since he was ten years old. Code is a means; creativity is the engine.

Today he is a senior full-stack developer. For nearly four years he has handled the entire infrastructure of the projects he works on, from the first line of code to the moment they come to life, across fields ranging from healthcare to food & beverage to artificial intelligence.

He works 100% remotely — for him, a true philosophy: if we have to work to live, we might as well do it in places that make us feel good. That's how he spent three months on an island in Thailand, writing code with his feet in the sand, and long stretches in co-livings. It was in one of these in particular, wome, that he met Beatrice.

Serena

Co-founder, Design and Communication

Serena

Serena started out as an artist and has always nurtured her creativity through drawing, exploring over time fields that range from Concept Art to Video Editing. She has collaborated with YouTube channels, event venues, and editorial projects, building a cross-disciplinary path that blends aesthetic vision and technical skills.

Curious and growth-oriented, she approaches every project as a new challenge and an opportunity to evolve.

Since 2023 she has been working alongside Beatrice: first at wome.house as Graphic and Social Media Manager, then joining the woliday project, where she shapes the brand's aesthetic and communication, helping define its identity and image.

Her motto is: "Don't look back until you try".
